About us
Zen Curry- Mr.Zenbayashi opened Japanese Curry Zen in Chinatown's Seoul Plaza of Las Vegas, NV in 2012. It started as a small 18-seat space establishment consisting of mostly counter seating and kitchen. He has quickly expanded throughout Las Vegas valley, opening Zen Express in 2016 and Zen Dining in 2019.
Zen Curry San Diego is the 4th Zen Curry branch and the very first out-of state location.

His curry recipe is comprised of soupy broth made from variety of vegetables, and a homemade Gram Masala (a blend of spices often used in North India and South Asian countries) made up of over 10 different spices. Each of the spices has their own unique holistic qualities such as warming of the body, aiding in cell turnover, improved appetite, alleviating fatigue and acting as an anti-oxidant.
